We are the only agent in Bedford to have the benefit of an in-house Home Information Pack provider, situated on our second floor and we are therefore able to offer HIP's at very competitive prices, starting from £249 + vat.  Packs are usually provided 5 to 7 days after instruction and you retain ownership of the pack once you have paid for it.

We also have agreements with various local legal firms who offer an all inclusive price for providing a HIP and the conveyancing, which can save you even more money.
